Ponderosa

Ponderosa is a mobile home neighborhood in Boulder, Colorado home to one of the most racially and economically diverse populations in the city. In 2019, the neighborhood faced redevelopment after being purchased by the city. Residents hoped to preserve Ponderosa’s unique community and affordability.
